There are many different options to fix a water leak and we specialize in leak detection, reroutes and repipes. With our state of the art electronic leak detection equipment we will be able to pin point the exact location of the leak. We will then be able to determine whether we actually repair the leak in the slab (foundation) or do a reroute.

For a reroute, we locate the origin of the water, tie it into the manifold and reroute the pipe to its destination. A repipe is the installation of new pipes in the same location. Our experienced technicians will discuss the alternatives with you.

These images below are of a cold and hot manifold. After the leak detection was performed we found that the hot water pipe was leaking. To reroute, we eliminate the leaking 3/4" pipe and reroute a new pipe to the water heater (in this case). Once rerouted the new pipe will not leak again considering the new copper pipe.
